What does being FEARLESS mean to you?
Fear comes in all forms and can manifest even when you are not expecting it. It is how we deal with fear that helps us become fearless.
I see clients overcome fears daily!!! It is really the best part of my job.
Overcoming fear needs to be met with single wins on a daily basis. Just like goals, fears can be too big to tackle at once and when we come up against a fear, we run the other way because it seems too big to deal with at the moment.
The one fear I see most in clients is the fear of success. I know, sounds so weird, right, but it is usually the reason someone cannot reach a goal. The fear of being successful is real and so common in those working toward a healthy lifestyle.
Let me tell you why:
1. You fear losing friends because they spend their lives doing unhealthy things that no longer matter to you.
2. You fear reaching your goal, because THEN WHAT?
3. You fear judgement
4. You fear change or too much change at once
5. You fear the challenge and how much work it will take
So, how do we become FEARLESS and go after our biggest dreams?
DAILY ACTIONS and CONSISTENCY! Like everything else in life, it takes practice.
